What Our Client Offers You Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Medical Benefits: Included (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance) 401k Benefits: Included (with company match) Paid Time Off: Holiday Pay, Vacation, Sick Leave What You’ll Do As an Accounting Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing the organization's accounting and financial reporting activities within a manufacturing environment. Your expertise will support financial planning, ensure compliance, and drive operational efficiency. This is a key leadership position that offers the opportunity to influence business outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations. Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to inform strategic decisions. Lead manufacturing cost accounting, inventory management, and variance analysis. Partner with operations and plant leadership to drive cost control and profitability improvements. Qualifications You Have Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing and cost accounting. Experience managing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Inventory within an ERP environment. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems. Manufacturing experience, preferably in food and beverage (not a deal breaker). Excellent Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Power Query. Ability to lead audits and support cross-functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
