Key Responsibilities of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Provide comprehensive care to neonates in a Level IV NICU setting
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs
• Utilize NICU-specific equipment such as incubators and ventilators
• Perform intubations, central line placements, and PIV insertions
• Conduct therapeutic hypothermia and sepsis screenings
• Execute lab draws and gastric tube placements
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records

Requirements of the RN - NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care

• Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU Level IV Hospital experience
• BLS, NRP & PALS certifications
• Experience in Level IV NICU
