Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

Drax is seeking a Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director to drive performance across our energy operations. In this executive leadership role, you will design and lead strategies to optimize end-to-end value chains, from fuel sourcing and generation through to delivery. Using advanced analytics and deep industry expertise, you will improve plant efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance reliability while supporting Drax’s zero-carbon and sustainability goals. Partnering with senior leaders, you’ll prioritize high-impact initiatives, oversee cross-functional teams, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
