Marketing - Sjogren's Disease Launch, Senior Manager,

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager to lead U.S. external insights and congress strategy for Sjögren's disease, an investigational Phase 3 autoimmune treatment. The role will drive market research, advisory board execution, and conference activation to inform launch strategy for this high-priority rare disease program.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead U.S. external insights and congress strategy aligned with brand priorities and launch needs
• Lead advisory boards from strategy through execution, including selection, content development, and insight synthesis
• Synthesize customer, scientific, and field insights to inform timely brand decisions and identify patterns
• Plan and activate congress engagement including priority meetings, sponsorships, and post-congress follow-up
• Manage budgets, agencies, and external partners while translating market insights into actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2+ years marketing/business experience in commercial organization; or equivalent education/experience combination
• Medical marketing expertise including advisory boards, field insights, KOL engagement, and HCP segmentation
• Proven congress strategy, sponsorship planning, and cross-functional activation experience
• Experience collaborating with external experts, medical associations, and congress organizers
• Budget management and external vendor oversight capability
• Rheumatology experience preferred
