We are looking for hardworking, dedicated applicants to use our high-tech machines to assist in the manufacturing of rubber tread and to inspect the product for the top-quality brand we strive for. Job Responsibilities

• Work with and around, moving mechanical parts throughout the facility.
• Load and unload the assigned machines.
• Lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, and sometimes crouch.

We need employees who can work a seven-day rotating schedule, including some weekends, as well as work a 12-hour shift. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where noise levels can vary, and it can become very loud. No experience is needed for this role! We'll give you all the tread you need to succeed. Associate Requirements

• Background Check
• Able to Lift 40 pounds
• Drug Test
• Stand for Shift Duration
• Must be at least 18 years old

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.50 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer medical, dental, vision, life, and more.
