Key departmental contacts include Sales and Marketing, Catering, Banquets, Outlets, Maintenance, and Guest Services. May occasionally interact directly with guests/li/ulpGuest Experience/pulliMaintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including but not limited to reach-ins, walk-ins and counters. Reports all unsafe or malfunctioning equipment to supervisor./li/ulpResponsible Business/pulliMay assist by performing ware washer or other duties as needed/liliPrepare and cook orders for daily operations/liliMaintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area that meet or exceed the state and local Health Board inspection and InterContinental requirements./liliTell your supervisor or duty manager about any unsafe equipment, low supplies or safety incidents/liliHelp create a safe space by following our safety procedures and wearing necessary protective equipment/liliMay assist with other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Qualification and Requirements/h3pBasic reading, writing and math skills. Some food preparation experience or training preferred.
