Got a background in kinesiology, exercise science, or athletic training — and a competitive drive to match? Stretch Zone is looking for a General Manager who wants to build a career at the intersection of health, performance, and sales leadership.

Who We Are Stretch Zone delivers Flex-ability for Life® through a proprietary, practitioner-assisted stretching method and patented stabilization system. Our studios are built to help clients move better, feel better, and stay consistent — and we're looking for a leader who can turn that mission into studio growth.

What You'll Do This is a sales-first leadership role. You'll:

Drive studio revenue by managing the full sales pipeline — lead generation, demo bookings, show rates, and conversions

Introduce prospects to our stretching methods and build tailored membership programs

Coach and mentor your team on closing techniques, objection handling, and 5-star client experience

Own the studio's day-to-day operations and financial performance against goals

Build relationships with local gyms, sports teams, physical therapists, and community partners to grow the client base

Set the tone for a high-energy, team-first studio culture

What You Bring

Sales and leadership experience — this could come from a studio/retail setting, personal training, coaching, physical therapy, or another performance-driven role

A degree (or coursework) in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, Fitness Management, or a related health sciences field is a strong plus

Genuine drive to help people improve their health and mobility, paired with the hustle to hit sales targets

Hospitality or client-facing service experience is a plus

Comfort with being measured and rewarded on performance

Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday, Saturdays as needed, occasional community events
