As a New Home Specialist, you are responsible for generating new home sales. It's a rewarding career that offers you the opportunity to change someone's life every single day! New Home Specialist Responsibilities:

• Create and initiate community marketing campaigns to attract new customers, foster referral business, and maintain business relationships with local real estate agents
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customers' needs and how those needs align with Eastwood Homes' product design
• Demonstrate model home, floor plan designs, home features, and home site availability to potential residents
• Understand architectural plans, blueprints, and site plans
• Facilitate contract documents as it pertains to the purchase of a new home
• Work alongside community builder to deliver 100% customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 2-5 Years Sales Experience
• Must have a real estate license
• Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug and background screening
• Ability to work a minimum five-day work week including Saturday and Sunday plus early evening weekday hours
• Must possess a clean, dependable vehicle
• Proper business attire and personal hygiene required to represent company in a professional manner
