Inspector

Position Summary:Insect product for defects, ensuring quality before product is shipped.Position Details:Inspect furniture, placing on lift if necessaryCheck ticket for proper information and instructionsRemove all loose strings, if applicableUse air hose to blow dust/fragments off of piece if necessaryClean soiled areas using proper cleaner to remove any marksCheck for bad stitching or seamsCheck for too small or large welt on upholstered piecesCheck for flaws or scars in materialCheck for proper cushion fit and proper fabric match on upholstered piecesPlace deck labels and proper hang tag in each pieceAssemble beds to assure proper alignmentPosition Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious inspection/repair experience preferredPhysical Requirements:The physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
