Ensuring quality before product is shipped.Position Details:Inspect furniture, placing on lift if necessary.Check ticket for proper information and instructionsRemove all loose stringsUse air hose to blow cotton fragments off of piece if necessaryClean soiled areas using proper cleaner to remove any marksCheck for bad stitching or seamsCheck for too small or large weltCheck for flaws in fabric or scars in materialCheck for proper cushion fit and proper fabric matchSteam out wrinkles where neededPlace deck labels and proper hang tag in each pieceQualificationsPosition Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferredAble to read route sheetsPrevious inspection experience a plusPhysical Requirements:Able to lift 25 to 100 pounds to lift tableAble to inspect 100 to 150 pieces of furniture a dayBending, stooping, and twisting throughout 9 hour shiftStanding 9 hours a dayAble to load product onto finish chain
