Virtual Wellness & Recovery Peer Specialist (NV/WA)

Elevance Health

Elevance Health is seeking a Wellness & Recovery Specialist to coordinate care and support the recovery of members. This virtual, full-time position requires residence in Nevada or Washington and includes in-person training sessions and occasional office-based activities within commuting distance. You will identify engagement opportunities, implement discharge planning education, collaborate with Stabilization Teams, and serve as a resource for staff on care decisions.
