Strategic Real Estate Planning Project Manager

UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement are seeking a Project Manager for Real Estate Planning & Development in Columbia, MD or Washington, DC. You will lead planning, design coordination, owner requirements management, and workstream execution for complex capital projects within ULRI/ULSE. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams, maintain OPR compliance, track design deliverables, and ensure milestones are met through programming to closeout. #J-18808-Ljbffr UL Standards & Engagement
