Responsibilities Supervise and lead a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties Assign daily tasks and ensure completion according to company standards and client expectations Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment, including mowers and trimmers Conduct property inspections to ensure quality and address any issues Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and safety Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with supervisors Ensure all work is performed safely and equipment is cleaned and ready for use Qualifications Experience in landscape maintenance and supervising crews Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to operate commercial mowing and trimming equipment Knowledge of horticulture and seasonal maintenance practices Valid driver’s license Compensation Competitive hourly pay with overtime opportunities.
