Project Manager

Overview The Project Manager will support the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise III (SITE III) program and its supporting projects. Responsibilities include program/project management and oversight of administrative, logistical, integration, and financial aspects, and serving as the primary contact for programmatic issues, concerns, and status updates. Responsibilities Utilize Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and best practices for all phases of the program/project lifecycle: schedule, financial, quality, resource, communications, change and configuration, and risk. Provide project management support to accomplish the administrative, managerial, logistical, integration, and financial aspects of the Tech Refresh program and projects. Assist the government in managing the IT Portfolio, IT Investment Management, and Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) processes, as well as strategic planning and coordination with external stakeholders. Develop standard operating procedures and documentation to streamline future support. Keep the government apprised of all risks related to time, scope, and cost. Track and provide project status, implementation efforts, closeouts, and schedules for at least 250 sites. Recommend process improvements for past and current projects and elements. Ensure adequate staffing for projects involving at least 250 sites, CCMD and non‑CCMD elements. Complete quality assurance analysis documentation provided to the government. Required Qualifications Active Top Secret clearance with a CI Poly. Minimum of 10 years in project management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Relevant experience working in inter‑agency (IC) organizations. Work Environment and Physical Demands Location: Aurora, Colorado Environment: Varies Noise level: Low Work schedule: Normal hours (average 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, Monday‑Friday, 0600‑1800) with possible evenings and weekends as needed. Approximately 20% travel. Physical demands: Regular use of hands, reaching, speaking, hearing, standing, walking, sitting, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
