Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Schedule: 2-4 daysper week · Setting: Clinic · Procedures/Cases: Orthodontics - 98% of patients are adults/adolescents. · Credentialing Timeframe: ~1-2 days · Requirements: Active State License, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) and use of Dentrix Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Facility Location Situated along the Fox River in Wisconsin, Appleton is home to Lawrence University.
