• Position : General Dentist (Existing/Established practice)
• Location : Appleton, WI 
• Reason for hire : Retirement 
• Schedule : FT - 36+ Hours
  • 4 or 5 day work-week
  • 1 Saturday per month (7am-12pm)
• Procedures : 
  • No limit to providers
  • Liberty to expans practice
  • Endo, OS, Implants, etc.
• Compensation :
  • Base - 200-250K
  • Incentive - 30-35% of net revenue
  • General providers earning 240K+ with incentives
  • Some providers earn 300-400K depending on expansion of their practice
• Benefits : (Full Benefits)
