What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with individuals and families who have requested information about life insurance options
• Conduct virtual appointments by phone or Zoom
• Help clients understand their coverage options and choose a plan that fits their needs
• Follow up with clients professionally and consistently
• Participate in training, coaching, and team development
• Use our systems and tools to manage your client pipeline

Previous insurance or sales experience is helpful, but not required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be based in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Active Life & Health Insurance License preferred
• If not currently licensed, willingness to obtain a license with training support available

Compensation & Schedule

• 1099 Independent Contractor position
• Commission-based compensation with performance incentives
• No income cap
• Flexible part-time or full-time schedule
• Remote work from anywhere in the United States
