Litigation Attorney - General Liability Defense - Multiple Openings A well-established national defense firm is actively hiring general liability attorneys in Miami. The firm handles a broad mix of GL, premises, and complex civil litigation for regional and national insurance carriers, offering attorneys real caseload responsibility, hybrid flexibility, and a platform built for long-term growth. What Makes This Role Different Hybrid schedule with genuine autonomy over your time Competitive compensation with a bonus structure that rewards output National platform with room to grow beyond a single office or practice group Manageable, well-supported caseloads, not a volume mill Direct client interaction from day one Multiple openings across the Miami market, not a single seat What You Will Do Manage a variety of GL and civil litigation matters from early case strategy through resolution Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses Draft and argue motions including summary judgment and discovery motions Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation Work directly with clients to evaluate exposure and develop case strategy Who You Are 3-7 years of litigation experience in insurance defense or related civil litigation Active FL Bar license in good standing Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision Strong legal writer with practical, business-minded judgment Looking to build a long-term practice, not just manage a docket Additional Opportunities Available This is one of several openings we are currently working across the Miami insurance defense market at multiple experience levels.
