Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, ensuring confidentiality and privacy for all clients.

• Monitor client progress, reassess and modify treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing emotional and therapeutic support to help clients reach their goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, sharing insights and ensuring comprehensive client care, including referrals to specialized services when applicable.
\n
• Engage in therapeutic practices with a particular focus on women aged 35-55, addressing themes such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationships, and stress management strategies.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices that address each client's individual needs, challenges, and aspirations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on women navigating a range of issues associated with midlife, such as increased stress, mental health challenges, and relationship dynamics. You will have the opportunity to help clients through significant transitions, equipping them with tools for better mental health management and deeper self-understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field that qualifies for LPC licensure.

• An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling role, demonstrating competency in therapeutic practices.
