Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners! We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a brand-new location.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Previous home health experience required.
Familiarity with OASIS documentation, home health regulations and Conditions of Participation required.
Experience with functional assessment, fall prevention, ADL/IADL training, home safety evaluations, adaptive equipment recommendations, and care coordination with other disciplines required.
HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase EMR) experience required.
Current CPR/BLS certification required.
Unrestricted Occupational License in the state of practice required.
Bachelor‘s Degree required.

Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
Shift hours: 0800-1600.
Productivity expectation: 24 points.
No on-call or weekend requirement.
