Logistics Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Logistics Specialist positions in Laredo, TX . Responsibilities:

. Monitor in-bond shipments, track expiration timelines, and prioritize shipments at risk of non-compliance.

. File new in-bond movements and CBP Form 7512, ensuring timely and accurate processing of shipments.

. Coordinate with carriers, bonded facilities, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement and status updates.

. Research, resolve, and close in-bond discrepancies, aging shipments, and compliance issues while maintaining audit-ready records.

Requirements:

. Background in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or transportation logistics.

. Experience working with bonded warehouses, ports, Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ), or trade compliance operations.

. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

. Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills with the ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
