Role Description The Fire Sprinkler Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasadena, TX. This role is responsible for performing scheduled inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing system documentation, conducting visual and functional tests, documenting findings, and preparing clear inspection reports. The inspector will communicate with customers and project managers, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate follow-up service work as needed. The role also involves identifying safety issues, supporting fire prevention and life safety initiatives, and maintaining tools, equipment, and records in an organized manner. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Fire Inspections, including testing, documentation, and code compliance. Knowledge of Fire Prevention and Fire Safety practices to identify and mitigate hazards. Experience in Fire Protection and Life Safety systems, particularly fire sprinkler systems. Familiarity with relevant NFPA standards, local fire codes, and industry best practices. Prior experience in fire sprinkler inspection, service, or related fire protection work preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and system schematics. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to job sites as needed. Relevant certifications (e.g., NICET in Fire Protection or equivalent) are an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
