Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current or pending MI OT license (help provided for credentialing if needed)
• Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different school environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a K-12 caseload
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow district and state guidelines
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing professional development
