This role will handle payroll processing across multiple entities while supporting payroll accounting, reconciliations, and other accounting functions.Job Description:Process payroll for multiple legal entitiesHandle both U.S. and international payroll processingProcess weekly and biweekly payrollsPrepare and post payroll-related journal entriesReconcile payroll accrual and related General Ledger accountsReview payroll information for accuracy and resolve discrepanciesSupport payroll reporting and other accounting-related tasks as neededWork closely with internal teams to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on timeQualifications:3+ years of payroll experienceExperience processing payroll for multiple entities preferredExperience with both U.S. and international payroll is a plusStrong understanding of payroll accounting, journal entries, and reconciliationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient with Excel and accounting softwareAbility to manage deadlines and handle confidential informationStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a teamAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
