Close Inclusive Collection Job Postings Notification We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our team at Hyatt House Pleasant Hill! We understand that everyone’s schedule is different, so we are open to working with the right candidate’s availability. AM or PM shifts are available, and we can accommodate flexible hours around school schedules, a second job, or other commitments. You do not need to know everything about hotel operations when you start. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. We will train you on Hyatt systems, hotel operations, guest service standards, and Front Desk procedures. As part of the Hyatt family, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the hospitality business, develop valuable customer service and hotel operations experience, and grow with a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed. What we’re looking for: Someone who is welcoming, professional, reliable, comfortable working with guests, willing to learn, and able to work as part of a team.
