Senior Business Analyst - Corporate Finance - FT - Days - MHS

Location Miramar, Florida Summary The Business Analyst actively advocates the design and optimization of technology solutions and processes aimed at advancing technical and business capabilities. The role accomplishes this mission by driving clarity and promoting sound decision‑making via collaboration between Finance, other corporate and clinical service areas. This person must be self‑motivated, but also work well in a team environment. Responsibilities Special projects as needed. Troubleshoot and test report results as necessary. Develop training materials and train end users to operate new or modified programs or processes. Write documentation to describe program development, logic, process flows, and specifications. Identify and prioritize technical and functional requirements, create detailed business analysis reports and outline business problems, opportunities, and solutions. Lead and participate in discussions to analyze, challenge and improve business processes within the department.
