Home Care Operations Manager

Addus HomeCare, Inc., a leader in home and community-based care, is seeking a Home Care Operations Manager to oversee daily branch operations. In this role, you will manage caregiver staffing and scheduling, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and drive quality, safety, and client satisfaction. You will supervise office and field staff, monitor performance metrics, support audits, and optimize workflows. Working closely with clinical and administrative teams, you’ll help seniors and vulnerable clients safely remain at home while leading a compassionate, mission-driven team.
