How you'll contribute
A Registered Nurse who excels in this role:
- Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Performs focused patient assessments and reassessments, including pain management
- Administers medications safely and accurately following best practices
- Assists physicians with procedures and performs treatments within scope of practice
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Educates patients and families on disease processes and care plans
- Ensures patient safety and proper use of equipment

What we're looking for
- Current North Carolina or compact state RN license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire
- One year of healthcare experience required
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on-call as needed
