• Join an established, stable and well-respected Cardiology team of 25 physicians and 18 APP's
• Call structure: 1:4
• Practice setting: Inpatient and Outpatient responsibilities
• Full-service Cardiology practice

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration:
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.
• Registered Nurse preferred.

• Education:
• Masters Degree of Nursing required.
