Care Manager

$15.05 - $18.9 per hour

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. You will follow individualized service plans (ISP), document resident changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and daily activities is essential, along with supporting dining services and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED, age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care and daily routines Follow care plans and document changes accurately Support residents’ safety, dignity, and independence Engage residents through conversation and activities Support dining services and maintain a clean environment Communicate effectively with families and care teams In Memory Care, facilitate enriching activities for residents with memory challenges Pay range: $15.05 – $18.90 per hour Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Plans Retirement Savings Plans Paid time off, sick leave, holiday pay Options for immediate pay through myFlexPay Tuition reimbursement and potential bonuses Supportive benefits with eligibility requirements Join us to make a positive impact daily, with opportunities for growth and development in a diverse, inclusive workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC
