What you can expect as a Senior Accountant:
Daily Duties:
- Bank Deposit Reconciliation to system Posting
- Process Void/Stop Payments
- Record bank transactions including deposits, ACH, and wires
- Record bi-weekly payroll entries
- Prepare invoices for various businesses
- Support and response to accounting related inquiry from various business teams
- Work on ad-hoc projects assigned
Month End Duties:
- Assist in month end reports compilation
- Prepare sales tax return for various businesses
- Prepare month end journal entries for various businesses
- Download monthly bank statements, loan statements, sales reports from various systems.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, inter-company transactions, cash on deposits, credit card & ACH sales receivables, petty cash, Small Ops activities, and other account reconciliations.
- Prepare quarterly fixed assets and lease schedules.
What we are looking for as a Senior Accountant:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting with some 2-4 years related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
