Transdev in Chico, Ca. is hiring a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager supports the management team with full cycle recruiting and other HR-related responsibilities. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety. Salary Competitive compensation package of minimum $74,000 – maximum $80,000 Benefits Vacation: minimum of two (1) week Sick days: 5 days Holidays: 10days; 6 standard and 4 floating Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle recruiting responsibilities including reviewing new applications, scheduling & hosting interviews, and hiring candidates through the Application Tracking System – Jobvite Create and maintain employee files - complete all new hire EEO/AAP documents and onboarding paperwork Manage driver & staff payroll and leaves of absence, including, employee FMLA tracking Educate employees on benefits provided Quality Assurance Checks ensuring compliance with background checks, drug and alcohol screens, and E-Verify requirements. Support employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures. Qualifications Other duties as required. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 Years Of Human Resources Experience. College course work in a related field preferred. Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
