The Per Diem Wound Care RN at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is responsible for interpreting medical care plans, assessing patients, and providing individualized nursing care in a safe and competent manner. Highlights Pay : $39 - $53/hour Location : Dover, NH Facility : Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Schedule : Per Diem What You’ll Do Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records. Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects. Record patients' medical information and vital signs. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Requirements Education : Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience : 1 year of clinical nursing experience required 2 years of wound care experience preferred Licenses & Certifications : Current RN License in New Hampshire required BLS certification required About Mass General Brigham Mass General Brigham is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
