Senior Vice President of Housing Stability

The client is seeking a Senior Vice President of Housing Stability to join its executive leadership team and advance its housing strategy. This role will oversee real estate development, asset management, and housing operations, guiding a multidisciplinary organization-wide effort to deliver strong financial and operational performance across the housing portfolio. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership across housing development, asset management, and operations; overseeing real estate development projects, including financing, partnerships, and execution; maximizing portfolio performance through strong financial oversight; and leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple functions. The Senior Vice President will also represent the client with public agencies, funders, and community stakeholders. The client is looking for a leader with at least 8 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in housing finance, real estate management, and/or community development. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and operational acumen related to real estate development finance and experience leading complex, multi-site teams and initiatives.
