This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and operational leader, helping drive key initiatives, improve cross-functional alignment, and ensure the business is executing effectively against its highest priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO on business priorities, initiatives, and decision-making.
• Drive execution of high-priority projects across multiple functions and stakeholders.
• Prepare materials, insights, and recommendations for leadership meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Improve communication and alignment across teams to ensure organizational priorities are clearly defined and executed.
• Track progress against critical initiatives and follow through on action items to maintain momentum and accountability.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve effectiveness and scalability.
• Support special projects, internal communications, and executive-level initiatives as needed.


Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, consulting, or similar leadership role.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence across functions and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Highly analytical, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
