Litigation Attorney

will: Prepare and draft legal documents, motions, and pleadings

Conduct legal research

Manage all phases of discovery

Attend and conduct depositions, mediation, and trials

Negotiate settlements

Represent clients in court proceedings

Support the managing partners on litigation matters

Perform administrative and case management responsibilities

Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide outstanding client service

Qualifications Active member of the California Bar in good standing

5+ years of experience as an Attorney

handling both litigation and transactional matters

Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants

Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team

Professional demeanor and ability to remain composed under pressure
