Our founder has the vision, ambition, and clinical expertise to build something significant. We need a highly capable execution leader who can turn that vision into reality. This is not a role for someone who wants to simply maintain an existing operation. We are looking for someone who wants to build, lead, improve, and grow . You will work directly with the owner to take increasing ownership of the day-to-day business, build strong operating systems, develop the team, drive accountability, and execute the initiatives required to grow the organization. Your Mission Turn the owner's vision into an accountable, scalable operating organization that can grow aggressively without requiring the owner to manage every aspect of day-to-day execution. What You Will Own Day-to-day business operations and execution Translating company vision into priorities, plans, and measurable actions Establishing KPIs, scorecards, and operating rhythms Creating clear accountability across the team Recruiting, developing, and managing high-performing people Identifying operational problems before they reach the owner Driving high-priority growth and improvement initiatives Improving systems, processes, productivity, and profitability Helping build the leadership infrastructure required for future growth What Success Looks Like Within your first year: The owner is no longer the default person responsible for operational problems. Major functions have clear ownership and measurable accountability. Leadership meetings and KPIs consistently drive execution. Important initiatives move forward without constant owner involvement. The organization is measurably better positioned to grow. You increasingly operate as the person who turns ideas into results. Ideal Experience Strong candidates may have experience: Operating or scaling a dental or healthcare organization Managing a multi-location or service-based business Leading managers and teams Owning a P&L or major business KPIs Hiring, developing, and when necessary terminating employees Implementing operating systems such as EOS Working alongside an entrepreneurial or visionary founder Dental experience is valuable, but demonstrated operating ability matters more than having the perfect industry résumé. Compensation & Upside We expect base compensation around $100,000–$120,000+ , depending on experience, with meaningful performance-based upside.
