Here's what we offer:Flexible Shifts:Day shiftsOvernightsShort shifts (2-3 hours)12-hour shiftsWeekendsLive-in opportunities (coming soon—ask during your interview!)Competitive Pay:2-hour shifts: $25/hour3-hour shifts: $20/hour4+ hour shifts: $16–$18/hour (based on client care needs and your experience)Great Benefits:Weekly Pay: Every Friday, with Direct Deposit availableDaily Pay: Access your earnings the same day you work through TapcheckPaid Training: We provide orientation and training to set you up for successMileage Reimbursement: Get paid for driving between clientsCPR & Dementia Classes: Offered right in our office to help you grow your skillsCaregiver Rewards Program: Earn gift cards, gas cards, and more for picking up shifts and receiving client complimentsYour Role as a CaregiverAs part of our team, you'll provide essential care and companionship to our clients, including:Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and groomingOffering companionship and conversation to brighten their dayHelping with lifting, bending, and transferring clients safelyPerforming light housekeeping and meal preparationProviding medication reminders and personal careTransporting clients to appointments or errandsWhat You'll Need1 Year of experience in home care or a related fieldCPR Certification or willingness to get certified with usValid Florida Driver's License, Car Insurance & RegistrationLevel 2 Background Check or willingness to complete oneAvailability: At least 20 hours per week, including 4 out of 8 weekend days each monthWhy Join HomeWell?At HomeWell Care Services, we value our caregivers and the incredible work they do.
