Home Caregiver (Personal Care/Companion)

Caregiver Needed - HHA or CNA preferred, but not required

Senior Helpers is currently recruiting professional, caring, and reliable caregivers to work with our senior clients that need a helping hand with daily ADLs, errands, rides to doctor’s appointments, and companionship from energetic people to fill their time during the day while the family is at work or school. Companionship and conversation

Personal Care (assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, feeding)

Light Housekeeping/Household Management (incl. Meal planning and preparation

Helping family members learn safe care techniques

Tolerance to small pets (i.e. dogs and/or cats)

Ability to read, write, and speak English at an average adult level and interpret the Plan of Care Document provided by Senior Helpers

Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations

Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care, a plus, but not required

Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies
