JYL Transportation is looking for a Van Monitor to oversee client safety, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. What We Offer Flexibility: Starting rate is $18/hr with potential for full‑time hours. Flexible shifts: 6:00am–8:00pm (exact hours depend on assigned route). Run errands or pick‑up hours as a rideshare driver in between (not with company vehicle). 401(k) plan option, dental, vision, and company‑paid life insurance. Paid classroom and on‑the‑job training. Requirements Age 19+. Ability to pass a background check, CORI & SORI. What You’ll Be Doing Monitor client behavior to provide appropriate guidance, feedback, and direction when necessary. Safely assist clients as needed, including helping them enter and exit the vehicle, use lap and shoulder belts, and secure them in car seats and booster seats. Communicate effectively and clearly in English with clients, parents, program staff, and JYL staff.
