Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Development Representative role based in Allen, TX. The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach, focusing on trade contractors who can benefit from EVOLVE's platform. The role includes managing incoming inquiries, nurturing leads, and scheduling discovery meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team. The individual will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up consistently on leads, and collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to refine messaging and outreach strategies. The Sales Development Representative will also provide feedback from prospects to help improve positioning and support ongoing revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers.
• Strong Communication and Sales abilities to engage prospects, handle objections, and present value clearly.
• Experience in Business Development activities, including building pipelines and fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and sales engagement tools; ability to manage and track multiple opportunities.
• Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through on outreach and commitments.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS, construction, or trade contracting industries is beneficial but not required. xhyhwjd
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
