Operations Supervisor

Description A Victoria’s Secret & Co Operations Supervisor is a values-based leader who supports operational execution and store readiness. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned. Key Responsibilities Executes shipment, replenishment, and stock organization Maintains back-of-house standards and inventory accuracy Supports cleanliness, safety, and compliance Identifies and escalates operational issues Scope and level of responsibility may vary based on store size and business complexity.
