HOW A PERSONAL COMPUTER TECHNICIAN WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 help desk support via phone, email, web, and in-person Serve as the first point of contact for triaging, troubleshooting, and researching technical issues for hardware and software Utilize ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) to record incident details Analyze help desk metrics for trend identification WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your IT expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
