You’ll report directly to the CEO, collaborate daily with our Operations Manager, Technical Leader, Customer Success team and play a key role in the Leadership Team. Your ideas will be heard. Your impact will be visible. Your success will be celebrated. Key Responsibilities Leading a talented sales team that’s hungry to grow — and looking for a leader who can elevate them. Expansion across SLED markets, building relationships with agencies, districts, and public‑sector partners. Growth of our Professional Services business, partnering with technical leadership to create new offerings. Maintaining a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer obsession. Owning your our own book of business — yes, this is a quota‑carrying leadership role with real upside. Required Qualifications 7-10+ years in technology sales; SLED or public‑sector experience strongly preferred. Proven success meeting/exceeding quotas in IT solutions, cloud, hardware, software, or services. Experience managing or mentoring sales teams in a fast‑paced environment. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and vendor ecosystems (Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, AWS, etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level relationship‑building skills. A leadership style that blends accountability, coaching, and customer‑centricity. The ability to build trust with clients, partners, and internal teams. A strategic mindset paired with the drive to execute. A passion for developing people and elevating team performance.
