Industrial Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our fabrication shop operations. This role is essential for ensuring the reliable function of industrial equipment and facilities through expert welding, fabrication, and comprehensive general maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, significant experience in a manufacturing environment, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $25.00 to $35.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks to repair, modify, or install industrial components and structures.
- Execute pipe threading operations accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct general mechanical and electrical maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot operational issues with machinery and equipment to diagnose and resolve problems promptly.
- Implement preventative maintenance procedures to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Industrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills.
- Proficiency in welding and pipefitting techniques.
- Experience working within a manufacturing or fabrication shop environment. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
