Manufacturing Technician I

Confluent Medical Technologies – Balloon Inspector (Chattanooga Call) Responsibilities Inspect product per specifications using specified measuring equipment. Read, follow, and accurately complete all provided documentation (product drawings, work procedures, process logs, etc.). Use computer proficiency and be willing to learn computer systems required to perform job responsibilities. Collaborate with engineering to generate clear and concise work instructions, test methods, and visual standards. Prioritize effectively and manage multiple process responsibilities. Demonstrate personal initiative and the ability to effectively execute tasks independently. Follow good manufacturing practices (GMP): line clearance, work instructions, documentation, etc. Teach other skilled technicians/operators the inspection methods and required documentation. Communicate issues to engineering for collaborative continuous improvement. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be willing to modify work shift as needed by business conditions. Perform other duties as required. Education, Experience and Requirements Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or two years of related experience. Extremely hands-on with some mechanical aptitude. Good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of good manufacturing practices (GMP). Strong attention to detail, professional attitude, and team-player mindset. Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted. Proof of 20/20 or better vision, unaided or corrected.
