Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time) – Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy, Outpatient Location: Bethpage/Plainview We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact. At Ivy Rehab, Physical Therapists pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non‑treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities. With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high‑quality patient care. Responsibilities Provide world‑class patient care in physical therapy and related disciplines, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Utilize ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients. Compensation Base salary: $90,000 to $100,000 per year (based on location, total experience, certification, etc.). Bonus plan may add up to $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment (up to $10,000) may be available for certain opportunities. The compensation range listed reflects the good faith estimate of pay this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting.
