Senior IT Director

To oversee and lead all aspects of IT and cybersecurity operations, the full-time Senior Director of IT will collaborate with the CTO to align IT strategy with business objectives, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure the security and reliability of IT systems in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Partner with the CTO to develop and implement the company's cloud and technology roadmap Lead the infrastructure and cloud operations team to ensure reliable IT service delivery and operational efficiency Oversee cybersecurity measures and compliance with HIPAA and HITRUST standards across all IT systems Required qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles with a focus on infrastructure and Microsoft Azure Strong technical background in Microsoft Azure and data/voice networking Proven experience managing complex cloud infrastructure organizations Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST CSF, and SOC 2 audit practices Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a technical environment
