Description The Project Manager will report to Senior Operations Leadership and play a critical role in successfully delivering projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project teams, client relationships, budgets, schedules, and overall project execution. Lead construction projects from preconstruction through final completion. Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Coordinate internal project teams to ensure successful delivery of project objectives. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining quality and safety standards. Support preconstruction activities including estimating, value engineering, and procurement strategies. Drive project performance and client satisfaction while achieving profitability goals. Profile For the Project Manager we are seeking: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor or construction management firm. Experience managing ground-up and renovation construction projects. Healthcare construction experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of project budgeting, scheduling, subcontract management, and contract administration. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment. Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety, and client service.
