The Unit Manager oversees day-to-day patient care, coordinates nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes resident-centered, compassionate service. Responsibilities include supervising RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; developing care plans; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; and supporting quality improvement.
